In the event of project cancellation by the client, the following conditions will apply:

• The provider will retain a percentage of the total amount equivalent to the work performed up to the cancellation date.
• This percentage will be calculated based on the installment payments specified after budgeting each project.

For example, if cancellation occurs after the initial 30% payment, this percentage will be retained based on the work and resources invested up to that point.

It is important to note that any material up to the cancellation date will be the property of the client once the corresponding payment has been made, except in exceptional cases or specific needs of the client.

ClimatizAlicante reserves the right to unilaterally and without prior notice cancel the service, future projects, or maintenance if any of the following conditions are met:

• The user or external companies negatively interfere with or hinder the execution or operation of the service.
• Fraudulent intentions towards the end user are detected.
• Changes in ownership of the installation are made without prior notification.
• An issued invoice is not paid within a maximum period of 30 days.

Prior to cancellation, the client will be notified of the status of their project, and the deletion, resale, auction, or release of resources related to unpaid work will be carried out.

 

10. Newsletter Subscription

All contents, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and any other material present in newsletters, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of our company or third parties holding such rights.
